**About the Role**
We are seeking a Personal Support Worker for an afternoon shift 2 hours per week, you will assist clients in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (hoists used when necessary)
- Providing personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Supporting basic wound care and self-medication
- Offering domestic support: meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Facilitating community access: driving clients to appointments and social activities

**About You**

**Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Smartphone device
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
- Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module or willingness to complete
- Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
