**What’s the job?**

Our Queensland branch is currently on the hunt for the next generation of skilled and reliable workers keen to undertake an apprenticeship with S&A Stairs. We are currently offering 2 streams; Certificate III in Joinery/Stair Building and Certificate III in Timber and Composites Machining (Wood Machining).

You will develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform tasks to contribute to the manufacture of staircases and components. This could include the manufacture, assembly and installation of our specialised products (Joinery) or the set up, operation and maintenance of a wide range of wood machines including computer numerically controlled sizing (CNC) and processing centres (Timber & Composites).

**What skills and experience you need**:

- Keen interest in working with timber
- Can-do attitude and ability to work with a variety of people
- Australian driver's licence (learner's if under 18)
- Construction Induction card (preferred)

**Salary**: $20.99 - $24.20 per hour
