Our client is a large mining construction company and they are currently seeking a dedicated learning and development administrator to join their busy human resources team. This full time position will support the Learning and Development Team with the coordination, administration, events and logistics required to deliver multiple learning initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for and HR graduate or HR admin with an interest in the learning and development functions. Be the face of their learning programs
**Key accountabilities;**
- Co-ordinating all L&D training inquires, requests & record management.
- Manage all Graduate Program facets including the ongoing development and maintenance of all program pathways and progress tracker matrices.
- Provide accurate information and advice to stakeholders on all areas of Graduate and Vacation progress and performance.
- Responsible for the organisation of the annual Graduate Networking event.
- Co-ordinate our internal Leadership Training Program
- Generating accurate L&D activity reports & training gap analysis reports.
- Management of L&D Microsoft Bookings Calendar
- To manage and participate in HR and L&D related projects, as allocated.
**About you;**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ related discipline or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Admin.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace.
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in Learning & Development Projects.
- Strong data analytical skills, including the use of MS Excel.
- Previous LMS or HRIS system experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused.
- Desirable to have previous experience working within Civil and Mining Industry.
