**About The Role**
Due to rapid expansion, we now require a Full Time Laundry Attendant for **a Multi-Story building in Middle Swan**:
- **FULL TIME CLEANING & LAUNDRY ATTENDANT -** Monday to Friday 8 am to 4pm
**Responsibilities**
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide laundry services under the direction and supervision of the Facility Manager.
- Ensure laundry is completed according to DC Enviro standards.
- Be responsible for all in-house washing.
- Return personal clothing to residents’ cupboards and maintain in tidy condition.
- Meet turn-around time for all tasks as per duty statement.
- Work effectively & efficiently with mínimal supervision.
**Requirements**:
- Be able to work alone and within a team, and must be outgoing and able to talk with the client.
- Previous cleaning and reporting experience is a must. It is essential that feel comfortable completing reports as it is a daily task.
- Able to communicate well. It is essential that you can clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
- Committed to following OHS requirements.
