Wall and Floor Tiler

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Tile Installation: Perform wall and floor tile installations in accordance with design plans and project specifications.
- Tile Cutting: Measure, cut, and shape tiles to fit around obstacles, corners, and edges as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and other team members to coordinate and execute tiling projects efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
- Minimum AQF Certificate Ill in Wall and Floor Tiling or relevant OR Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler.
- Proficiency in all aspects of tile installation, including cutting, grouting, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in the construction and tiling industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina for the demands of the role.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- WALL AND FLOOR TILING: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (preferred)
