**What You Will Be Doing**
Peninsula Health's Community Mental Health Service is seeking an innovative and energetic EEN to be part of an expanding mental health service.
The EEN, as a member of the multidisciplinary team, provides timely and responsive psychosocial support and treatment to people who are managed by the case management team. The EEN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes.

About our Adult Case Management Team.
The Mornington and Frankston Adult Case management Teams provide community treatment through recovery focused case management for clients 25-64 years.
The team works Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Qualified and registered, with relevant National Board
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, the National Standards for Mental Health Services 2010, the National Standards for the Mental Health Workforce 2002 and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards including EQuIP
- Compliance with other relevant legislation
- Working knowledge of discipline specific legislation relevant to clinical practice
- Prepares written documentation using clear, concise and grammatically correct language.
- Communicates well with and relates to consumers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
