About Carlotta:
This October, restaurateur Chris Lucas will introduce Canberra to Carlotta, a brand-new concept in the heart of the nation's capital. Carlotta, a 120-seat Mediterranean restaurant, is set to celebrate the exceptional produce, wine, and talent of the region.

About Lucas Restaurants:
Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society and Grill Americano. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest section waitstaff to join our opening team in Canberra.

Full time and casual positions available.
- At least 1 year experience working as a Section Waitstaff
- Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
- Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on the fly

**Requirements**:

- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Valid RSA Certificate
