We are on the lookout for a skilled Window & Door Manufacturing Specialist to bolster our dynamic team. As a vital member, you'll need to be physically adept, punctual, and meticulously detail-oriented. Your role will involve fabricating and assembling door and window frames, ensuring they meet our exacting quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interpret and execute instructions accurately
- Operate CNC machinery, alongside hand and power tools proficiently
- Craft and assemble door and window frames to specification
- Safely handle and transport frames within the factory
- Exhibit problem-solving skills in unforeseen situations
- Foster effective teamwork and collaboration
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational abilities and adept time management
- Impeccable attention to detail, dedicated to achieving top-tier results
- Preferably, prior experience in uPVC Double Glazing Industry roles
