We are currently seeking a passionate and keen **Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator** to join our team at WelloKids-Valley Rd. We are looking for staff who are reliable and dedicated to the Outside Hours School Care industry. WelloKids at Valley Rd provides engaging and quality OSHC for Wellington Point State School.

WelloKids is a privately-owned, community orientated centre in Wellington Point 4160.

Our centre provides a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment for children aged 6 weeks to School Age. We strive to provide a warm and loving atmosphere along with the highest level of quality education and long day care service.

Applicants will meet the following criteria to be considered for the position.
- Is an Australian citizen or resident
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in early childhood education / Certificate IV in Education Support / Certificate IV in school aged education & care / Certificate IV in Children's Studies 4-14 years / Diploma ECE.
- Has a valid blue card.
- Current First Aid (inclusive of Asthma & Anaphylaxis emergency management) and CPR, or willing to acquire these within one month of commencement
- Flexibility in your working week and is able to work spilt shifts through Monday-Friday between hours of 6:30am-9:30 am and 2:30pm-6:00pm. (Before and after school care during school term). (School Holidays hours between 6:30am-6:00pm).
- Has a working knowledge of the NQF, QKLG, EYLF, My Time Our Place and current industry best practices (or willing to learn).
- Is computer literate, particularly in word processing with the ability to learn new programming software quickly and competently.
- Understands their obligations as a mandatory reporter.
- Have the skills to create a friendly, caring, stimulating and active learning environment.
- Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being.

This role requires a confident, professional, and motivated Educator with the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong work ethic and initiative.
