Crew Member

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team at a frozen yogurt shop. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of store.

Responsibilities includes:

- Daily Store Operation
- Customer Service
- Shop Maintenance and Cleaning
- Product Preparation and Presentation
- Teamwork and Collaboration

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
