**Your new company**
Demand for quality steel is high and many of our clients are continuously growing, searching for hands-on construction professionals to join their boilermaker teams. Our successful clients, based in Melbourne's North and West fabricate a range of products including structural steel beams, columns, plates, T bars and much more There are both Workshop and On-Site opportunities available.

**Your new role**
You will be in the workshop or on-site, responsible for the welding and fabrication of structural steel, reading shop drawings and complying with the high-quality standards of the company. Overall you will be building specialised structures for a number of civil and commercial projects around Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for highly skilled structural boilermakers looking to join a rapidly growing and successful company long term.

**What you'll need to success**:
You will have a high work ethic and an interest in continuing to build upon your skills, and you will also have;
- Cert III or IV in Engineering Fabrication
- Minimum 2 years experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
- Strong ability to read plans/drawings
- Strong focus on attention to detail
- Strong ability to stay productive whilst working autonomously
