Operations Coordinator

We're on the hunt for an organised Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our fast-growing eCommerce business.

**About Us**:

We're an eCommerce startup making architectural aluminium more accessible and affordable for homeowners.

**The role: **

As our Operations Coordinator you'll need to be a genuine all-rounder who can work closely with the company founder to steer daily operations while we continue to push the boundaries of our industry. This will include managing inventory, orders, quoting, sales and liaising with customers full time in our new Gaythorne warehouse.
- Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level support to the company Director
- Assisting customers with product queries, estimation and quoting.
- Ensure stock and eCommerce systems are kept up to date.
- Help develop and improve internal systems and processes.

**What we're looking for**
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
- Someone highly organised who can respond to quote requests and queries quickly and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, fast-changing environment.
- General understanding of basic material estimating favoured but not essential - we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
