Conveyancing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, positive minded conveyancing assistant to join our Merimbula office assisting across the company. This role will be varied interacting with a variety of staff and clients daily and offers a genuine opportunity for career growth. Tasks will include:
- Opening and finalizing files including inputting data into client relationship software and electronic conveyancing settlement platform
- Drafting letters and legal documents such as contracts
- Ordering of statutory searches and certificates
- Providing Conveyancing Quotations
- Completing varied office duties such as the mail (collection and distribution), banking and cleaning.
To undertake this role, the following essential criteria will apply:
- Demonstrated abilities to work in a very fast-paced corporate environment efficiently under pressure with very mínimal mistakes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Innate attention to detail and the ability to priortise multiple tasks
- Competency to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Ability to create relationships with and support all types of clients
- Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative solutions to ensure the best outcome is achieved for each client
