**About the Role: VIC Area Manager**

As VIC Area Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our venues, guiding and supporting Venue Leaders and their teams to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. Reporting to the State Leader, you’ll:
Build high-performance teams with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Drive recruitment and onboarding, setting new team members up for success.

Work closely with Venue Leaders on key metrics including sales, COGs, labour, and profit & loss results.

Ensure seamless communication between venues and the Support Team.

Oversee new venues, ensuring full alignment with Yo-Chi’s standards.

Spot and seize local marketing opportunities in partnership with our Marketing Leader.

**About You**:
You’re a go-getter with at least 2 years of multi-site experience in food retail or QSR, and you know how to juggle competing priorities while staying cool under pressure. You’re an inspiring leader who loves mentoring teams, thrives on autonomy, and has a keen eye for detail.
