Leasing Agent

A great and exciting opportunity to join our leading Property Management Team and excel in your real estate career.
You will join an outstanding team of property managers, providing leasing support and report to the Director/Senior Property Manager.
Key Role Responsibilities include:

- Nurturing long standing relationships with our landlords and prospective tenant customers
- Liaise with our clients' regarding their investment properties ensuring they are kept well informed
- Liaise with our prospective tenants ensuring that they are kept well informed
- Undertake open home inspections
- Signing of lease agreements / hand over

To be successful for this role you will require:

- Impeccable presentation
- Honesty and reliability
- Excellent time management skills
- Works efficiently, both independently and within a team
- Learns quickly and happy to adapt to new procedures
- Current drivers license
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Roadworthy and registered vehicle
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook is preferrable
- Real Estate experience preferable

The successful person will be rewarded with a salary package and bonuses applicable when targets are exceeded.
