Position: Front of House Staff

Hours: 15 hours per week (approximately 12pm - 3pm, flexible schedule)

Monday to Friday shifts only.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Always uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
