You do need to:

- Be physically fit and active
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Have a current driver's license and own vehicle
- Have current Police check
- Be fluent in English

- Manual drivers licence
- Knowledge of plants and plant care
- Basic DIY skills: Practical ability & experience in household repairs and maintenance
- Lawn maintenance
- Hedge trimming to a high standard
- Pressure washing
- Window Cleaning

**About the job**:
We are looking for a Gardener/Caretaker to join our crew.

As a Gardener/Caretaker you will create and maintaining well-kept, safe and enjoyable gardens and grounds for the residents of apartment buildings. You will also clean and maintain some indoor common spaces as a secondary focus of your work.

Much of our work is done in teams of two with occasional solo shifts. We visit multiple properties per day. We work Monday to Friday only, between 7:00am and 4pm. Expect between 10 - 15 hours work a week (depending on your needs) in 4 - 6 hour shifts.

Starting late October with training, we will need you to be available through the Christmas period.
- Responsibilities:_

Working as a Care Crew Caretaker will involve:

- Using and maintaining power tools and garden machinery such as mowers, trimmers and blowers safely & effectively to look after the garden & grounds.
- Performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs
- Observing and reporting any issues with the building or grounds
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping and glass cleaning to maintain indoor common areas to a high standard.
- Working in a team to perform periodical cleaning and maintenance tasks such as deep cleaning tiles, washing walls, hedge trimming, lawn maintenance.
- Placing bins out for collection and bringing them in again

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
