We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at the Taubman’s Trade Centre in **Fyshwick.** The role will be 38 hours per week, with rostered hours inside the opening hours of 6.30am to 4.30pm. **Responsibilities** - Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers - Collaborate with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store - Tinting and mixing paint, pelletizing paint drums, arranging orders for delivery, and colour matching - Deliveries using the Store vehicle (where applicable) - Merchandise and replenish stock promptly and ensure it is presented well - Store housekeeping and following the store’s safety standards - Manual Handling of 32 kgs **Requirements**: - Previous retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands-on daily in the store - Keen to learn new skills and have an invested interest in building your expertise on our products - You will have the flexibility to work on a 38-hour roster between the hours of 6:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday - You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day.
