**Your ‘typical day’ will have you**:

- Delivering a high quality and efficient laundry service to residents where you will wash, dry, iron and fold
- Providing courteous service to residents, families/ carers and colleagues
- Identifying any special laundry requirements, implement a laundry schedule and deliver effectively
- Working and communicating within a team environment but also be able to work autonomously with a large volume of laundry
- Maintaining a safe work environment at all times which complies with OH&S requirements
- Ensuring all laundry equipment is regularly maintained
- Identifying opportunities to improve laundry services and identify strategies to implement

**To thrive in this role you will have**:

- Experienced in the laundry for an aged care facility; commercial laundry service (desirable)
- Committed to participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure a quality laundry service
- Communicative, organised and take pride in your work and relationships with others
- Friendly, positive and are naturally able to build relationships that make a difference
- Honest, helpful and dependable - a great asset for the team
- Willing to undergo a police check
