The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is the first level of the Victorian court system and is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria. It has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 locations, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
**About the role**
Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with complex needs through evidence-informed case management. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Case Manager to join the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) team at the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
This role provides advanced case management support to individuals participating in the CISP program who present with a range of complex needs, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, substance use, homelessness, family violence, and limited social supports. You will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to support recovery, stabilisation, and improved outcomes.

**About you**
- ; Proven experience in assessing and providing case management to clients with complex and multifaceted needs.
- ; Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach professionals within health and/or social welfare settings.
- ; In-depth understanding of the mental health and disability service systems, with a strong track record of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- ; Sound knowledge of evidence-informed practice models and frameworks for supporting clients affected by family violence, disability, mental health conditions, and/or alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues.
- ; Highly developed skills in case formulation and written communication, with the ability to produce clear, professional documentation.
- ; Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, welfare, drug and alcohol, or a related field. (minimum Diploma; degree highly desirable)
