Dental Receptionist

**The opportunity**

Waratah Dental Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice in Engadine, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible part-time hours to suit your availability.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Handling patient inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked treatment room
- Ensuring all equipment and sterilisation procedures adhere to strict infection control standards

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a dental practice or other healthcare setting, preferably as a receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using dental 4 windows web software and other relevant computer programs
- A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- A calm, patient and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
- A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
