Join the vibrant team at Durks Cafe, a popular and bustling coffee haven located in Charlestown. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Baristas, Front of House Workers, and Kitchen Staff. If you have a love for great coffee, exceptional customer service, and a knack for creating delicious culinary delights, we want to hear from you

**Position 1: Baristas**

As a Barista at Durks Cafe, you'll be the driving force behind our exceptional coffee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffees and beverages
- Ensuring consistent quality in every cup
- Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area
- Collaborating with the team to create unique and enticing seasonal coffee offerings

**Position 2: Front of House Workers**

As a Front of House Worker, you'll be the friendly face of Durks Cafe, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Taking customer orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
- Collaborating with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service

**Position 3: Kitchen Staff**

As a member of our Kitchen Staff, you'll play a crucial role in delivering delicious and freshly prepared food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items according to Durks Cafe's recipes and standards
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Managing inventory and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Collaborating with the front of house team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We welcome individuals with a strong passion for coffee, customer service, and food.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A team player mentality with a positive and proactive attitude.
