**What your day will involve**:
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations to add to our high performing residential team. If you are someone who enjoys working face to face with people and have a high level of customer service, this may be for you. With no two days being this same.

You will operate the day to day running of the reception desk as well as taking ownership of the reservations system and keeping track of movement within the site.
- Communicating with residents and the appropriate departments
- Assisting with the movement on site including check ins and outs
- Account reconciliations and payments

**What we need from you**:

- Experience in Front office or reservation's role is desired
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Passionate about customer service and relationship building
- Real Estate Qualification (or willing to obtain)
- Previous experience with StarRez will be highly regarded but not required
- A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
- Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
- Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check and Working with Children's check
- Have strong computer skills

**Our mandatory requirements include**:

- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
- Real Estate Qualifications (if applicable at property)
