- We are seeking a Legal Ops professional to help us continue on our journey to scale the legal team's technology and processes. This role will play an important part in helping us to achieve mission of being the best in-house legal team in the world.- Work with stakeholders across various specialities within the legal team, operating as the team's key conduit between legal and functions outside of the legal department, such as IT, finance, and procurement. You will need to be an excellent communicator and influential team member. It's pivotal that while you can set a strategic vision, you're also happy to roll up your sleeves to help achieve it.- If you’re a top-tier legal operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment, this is your opportunity**What you'll do**:

- As our legal function grows, be a pivotal factor in helping to scale the systems and procedures, ensuring cohesive and consistent outcomes
- Working cross-functionally you will help to lead the evaluation, implementation and integration of legal technology
- You will manage legal processes and technology, including e-billing, matter management, contract management, and record keeping.
- Partner with other legal team members to translate their needs and the needs of the business into solutions. The ability to predict those needs is a plus
- Use your passion for automation and optimisation, reducing the need for human resources through the efficient adoption of tools and automations using Workato and native integrations

**We'd love it if you had**:

- Demonstrated experience in legal operations, or experience implementing business processes to make legal operations more efficient
- You will have a detailed understanding of legal practice and a high-level understanding of the needs of solutions that are targeted towards legal stakeholders
- Experience with our team's legal technology stack (including Brightflag, JIRA, Workato and Ironclad) and leveraging these tools to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and execution skills and be a capable problem solver who is able to manage internal customer priorities and needs.
- Interest in legal design thinking, or similar approaches to scope out and deliver considered legal outcomes
- Experience in managing and growing a team
