Conduct security guarding and/or Control Room duties at one of our prestigious client sites on the Gold Coast.
- Full time | $26.12 - $26.99/hr + applicable penalties
- Work-life balance | 4 on 4 off roster available (other rosters also available depending on the site)

About the Role

These positions are primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. There are multiple positions available in the Gold Coast area at our prestigious client sites. There are also opportunities for Part Time positions as well.

Current Full Time Positions available in the Gold coast area:

- Hospital security guards
- University patrol guards
- Council control room operators & guards
- Shopping Centre guards
- Relieving Officers - work across multiple sites

Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Conduct internal and external foot and mobile patrols
- Escort customers and staff where required
- Monitor and operate CCTV and radio communications system
- Respond to emergency incidents and provide first aid
- Complete reports and use the computer/systems as required
- Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all directed enquiries

Skills & Experience
- Current QLD Security Licence - Unarmed, monitoring and crowd control functions
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- QLD drivers’ licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Covid vaccination records - 1st and 2nd doses depending on the site
- Must be willing to obtain immunisations for Hospital sites
- Have unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 roster
