We're looking for an exceptional barista with a genuine passion for coffee and is willing to take their coffee making skills to the next level.

**Requirements**:

- Be a natural team player with an energetic character
- Flexible and available to work a variety of hours and days throughout a 7-day week
- Take pride in their work while delivering a great product, consistently.
- Immaculate presentation and communication
- A strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to perform and stay in control in a fast-paced coffee environment, with high-volume of coffee making
- have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy barista / café / restaurant environment
- An engaged and focused level of attention to delivering exceptional coffee

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
