**What You Will Be Doing**
The MePACS Workshop Assistant is a critical role maintaining the lifecycle of an alarm device. The MePACS Workshop Assistant is responsible for inward and outward goods process and providing support to the workshop team.
You will be responsible for preparing alarm units ready for the workshop technicians and dispatching tested devices to clients and installers.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer and keyboard skills including Microsoft Word experience
- Using CRM Databases (desirable)
- Understanding of Personal alarm devices (desirable)

**Additional Requirements**
This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.

Desirable: Understanding of or experience with PERS alarm unit technology.
Desirable: Understanding of communications and telephony issues ie. ADSL, VOiP, NBN etc.
Desirable: Knowledge of Aged Care Support Services
