**Your Role - What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Pharmacy Assistant, YOU are the face of our store You’ll be at the heart of our operations, delivering top-notch service and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Helping customers with their queries and providing expert advice.
- Replenishing stock and keeping our shelves neat and tidy.
- Assisting customers at the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to ensure smooth transactions.
- Setting up displays that bring our promotions to life and wow our customers

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who:

- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering amazing customer service.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team - you know how to collaborate and get things done
- Have an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things organized.
- Are excellent communicators - you can talk to anyone with ease.
- Are eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Pharmacy product knowledge is a bonus - but we’ll teach you what you need to know
- S2 & S3 training or Community Pharmacy certifications (I-III) are a plus

**Physical Requirements**:

- The ability to stand for long periods - we’re always on the move
- Repetitive movements for handling stock
- Ability to use steps and ladders
