We are passionate about bringing the rich, authentic flavors of Japan to our customers, offering a carefully curated menu that highlights the finest matcha and hojicha teas, imported directly from Japan.

Matcha Garden (抹茶庭園) is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable all-rounder to join our team. In this role, you will assist with baking, preparing drinks (including coffee), and working front of house (FOH). We are seeking someone who is a fast learner, passionate about serving high-quality matcha and hojicha desserts and drinks, and can work independently, especially when provided with recipes to follow.

It’s a bonus if you have barista skills, as you may also be involved in making coffee. We are looking for someone who enjoys working fixed shifts and can step up to mentor others when needed. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changes in a growing business are essential.

As a new cafe, our starting pay may be lower, but we are committed to increasing compensation based on performance as we grow.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.50 - $24.80 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
