**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a **Reception Team All-Rounder** to play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
As the **first point of contact**, you’ll handle enquiries, sales, and member support while ensuring our reception operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll also assist in leading the reception team, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service at all times.

**Experience & Education Requirements**
- Minimum **2+ years of customer service and point-of-sale experience**:

- **Cert III, IV, or Diploma in Fitness** (preferred)
- **Current CPR & First Aid certification**:

- **Working with Children Check**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good mathematical and computer skills (Office 365 proficiency preferred)
- Quick learner with initiative and problem-solving ability

**Requirements**:

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Availability for a **rotating roster**, including early mornings, mid-afternoons, and some weekends (up to 9 PM close)
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping others
- Must live near or have reliable transport to **Wetherill Park**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Plus Super + Annual Leave & Sick Leave on accrued basis.
