Engagement Consultant

Aligned Corporate Residences is unique accommodation brand, offering tailored serviced apartment accommodation solutions to extended stay travellers. ACR Williamstown is seeking a personable, committed team member to join an enthusiastic and successful team on a casual basis.

Your position will be 'Engagement Consultant', The main responsibilities of the role include:
**Role tasks and responsibilities**:

- Provision of exceptional customer service at all times, personalised experience for all guests
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, making suitable recommendations for their stay.
- Guest check-in/out and other guest services.
- Managing occupancy and room allocations.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and upgrade.
- Invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Handling and resolving guest complaints.
- Working closely with the sales team sharing intel to maximise opportunities.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a hotel environment or a similar role.
- Proficient skills in RMS or similar accommodation/reservation software.
- Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work within a team or autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
