Hard/structural Landscaper/foreman

As a
**Hard Landscaper/Structural Landscaper/Foreman** you will be required to work with a team to complete jobs at a high-quality standard. You need to have excellent communication skills and be able to give direction. You will require an eye for detail on workmanship and on SWMs hazards. You will be responsible for all project management of the site

**Core objectives include**:

- Manage and take responsibility for a small team without onsite guidance.
- Manage and implement WHS requirements.
- On the tools Qualified landscaper.
- Reading and interpreting design plans.
- Talented in all aspects of landscaping including (but not limited to) retaining wall, fencing, paving, decking, blockwork, basic concreting, turning, and irrigation.
- Accountable for the completion of your work and hold those you manage, accountable to the same standards.
- Communicate with clients and other staff members.
- Experience in reading construction plans and specifications.
- Machine operation experience such as Excavator, Front End Loader, or Posi Track (highly regarded).
- Fulfill other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

**To be considered for the role you must have**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Hard Landscaper/Structural Landscaper/Foreman.
- HR Drivers Licence.
- White Card.
- First Aid Certificate.

Rate: $40-$60 (depending on experience)
