This national, well-established, and highly respected organisation are currently experiencing a period of high growth and as such are now looking to add to their already established sales and customer service team with a Customer Success and Administration Assistant. Ideally you come with at least 2-3 years solid admin or retail/customer service experience with the desire to work for a company who encourages career growth. You will be responsible for servicing an existing customer base and qualifying potential new clients. This is an extremely varied and challenging role where you are juggling multiple projects so the ability to multitask, utilise excellent time management skills whilst keeping your customers happy is top priority. No two days will be the same

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES?
- Re-engaging with customers that have not purchased for a period length of time
- Offering new products or solutions to existing customers
- Following up on new leads, qualifying clients and passing them on to the relevant sales team
- Taking Payments over the phone
- Answering technical queries and sending documentation to customers
- Attending Home/Trade Shows (may involve interstate travel)
- Uploading customer projects into production
- Onboarding of new clients
- Upkeep of CRM system (Focus and SAP)
- Preparing customer files to proceed to next stages
- Attending and contributing to monthly sales and team meetings
- General Administration duties such as filing, stationary orders, laundry, filling photocopier, tidying kitchen if needed

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
- Previous experience in a sales or retail customer service role is required
- Excellent customer service along with a sales savvy attitude is imperative
- High level of communication both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Having the ability to manage large or complex customer projects on a day-to-day basis
- Exposure to KPI’s and managing a budget would be highly favourable
- Previous experience in the construction or building products industry would be highly regarded

WHAT DO I GET IN RETURN?
- This role is paying $55-65K+s (dependent on previous experience and skills)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
