**About this opportunity**

We are looking to expand our New South Wales Operational Team in preparation for a number of upcoming projects for experienced Drillers. This role involves travel and overnight stays at various sites, reflecting our commitment to excellence and delivering results wherever the job takes us.

**Key responsibilities**
- Precision drilling to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Accurate and thorough completion of daily drill logs, pre-starts, and time sheets.
- Upholding a steadfast commitment to safety while achieving production targets, utilizing safety protocols such as Take 5's and SWMS.
- Maintaining rigs in impeccable condition, ensuring they are clean, organized, and primed for operation.
- Diligent reporting of maintenance issues and meticulous record-keeping of consumables.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Prior experience in blast hole drilling operations or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Possession of a Certificate III in Drilling Operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Sandvik DPi or Pantera rigs is preferred.
- Proven track record of thriving in remote work environments.
- Ability to obtain a national police check clearance and possess a current Australian Open Class Manual Drivers License.
