**About the role**
An open opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join a busy, yet organised team based in Macquarie Park. This business is a market leader in their industry and works in an organised payroll team of 9 members. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about Payroll and pro-active with processing as well as having a strong customer focused mindset.

**The Responsibilities**
- Process time sheets, including overtime for casuals etc
- This is the specific payroll for a niche team within the business, need to ensure that they are correctly & on time
- Calculate and pay superannuation
- Chase approvals from Manager when needed
- New Zealand Payroll Knowledge

**The successful applicant will have**
- Exposure to working in a high-volume payroll environment 2+ years ideal
- New Zealand Payroll Experience (This is very important)
- Previous experience using Micropay/Time Target
- Experience with a wide range of EBAs and Awards
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills
- Prior experience working in a team environment, customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills
