We represent a full service pre-eminent law firm with a number of offices around Australia. They advise a variety of different clients such as major insurers, national and multi-national corporations, SMEs, NFPs, and government bodies across a wide range of industries.

**The Team**

The Corporate team advise a diverse clientele, including the world's largest companies, private investors, insurers, governments, private equity funds, and investment banks, covering a wide range of corporate transactions. Their expertise spans M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate restructuring, insurance transactions, governance, and regulatory compliance, offering comprehensive support tailored to client needs.

**The Role**

They have an opportunity for a talented **Associate** to join the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions team in Sydney.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a highly experienced partner and clients on a variety of intriguing and occasionally intricate matters, taking ownership of specific components while also collaborating with fellow team members. You will be serving clients locally, nationally, and globally, you'll receive supervision and mentorship from seasoned lawyers.
