Join our IT team as a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist and help us shape and secure the cyber future of RACWA. You will play a key role in developing and implementing cyber governance frameworks and processes, ensuring that we meet our IT security and compliance goals. You will also create and maintain documentation to demonstrate our adherence to organisational and regulatory policies, standards and best practices.
- What will you be doing?- Creating and managing an IT governance framework that follows best practices and meets compliance standards.
- Overseeing and evaluating third-party technology risks and ensure their alignment with security and risk management standards.
- Supporting and coordinating internal and external audit programs related to technology and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identifying and assessing technology-related risks and collaborate with IT and security teams to mitigate them.
- Documenting and reporting on governance, risk, and compliance activities and provide insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering training and awareness programs on governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across RACWA to ensure compliance with the IT Governance policy framework.
- What are we looking for in you?- Significant experience in IT governance, risk and compliance, with a special focus on managing third-party technology risks.
- Solid knowledge of information security concepts and practices, such as risk assessment and assurance.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as ISO27001, NIST, and APRA.
- A certification in information security or risk management, such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or similar will be highly regarded.
