**This position has become available following the internal promotion of one of our team members—reflecting the City’s strong commitment to supporting staff growth and helping individuals reach their full potential.**
**About the Role**
**About You**
**You’ll bring**:
- Registration (or eligibility) with the WA Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety
- Knowledge of the _Building Act 2011_, Building Code of Australia, R-Codes, and relevant Australian Standards
- Experience in statutory approvals, inspections, and compliance
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- WA Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card (essential)
- Local government experience and Level 1 or 2 registration (highly regarded)

**Salary**: $93,945.24 - $118,583.27 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
**Hours**: 38 hours per week, 9-day fortnight
