GP Composites is a leader in the manufacturer of custom-built and production composite parts.

We are looking for an experienced Boatbuilder. An all-round tradesperson who is capable of problem-solving and able to work well in a team or lead a job individually.

Experience in mould making, boat building and repairs is desired. Craftsmanship and an eye for detail are crucial along with being able to work productively and efficiently.

The ideal applicant will have trained in boat building and had a minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience.

A skilled and capable fiberglass laminator with woodworking and hand tool skills may also be considered. Experience in hand-laying fiberglass, vacuum bagging, vacuum-infusion with polyester/vinylester/epoxy laminates is desired.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Henderson, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
