SkyCity Adelaide is currently on the lookout for an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our Host Responsibility team to support decision making and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

**About the opportunity**

This newly created role will be responsible for analysing data related to gambling behaviours, identifying potential issues and trends, and assisting in the development and implementation of responsible gambling initiatives. Working collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders, this role will enable data-driven decision making to promote responsible gambling practices within SkyCity, and will be accountable for producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to internal stakeholders and external regulators (including Consumer & Business Services).

The role will also assist the wider Host Responsibility team and function with non-customer facing duties that support our overall approach to customer care, such as assisting the VIP loyalty tier upgrade review process.

**About you**

You will have proven experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis (preferably in the gambling or gaming industry), coupled with tertiary qualifications in a related field (statistics, data analysis, psychology, gambling studies). You will be highly proficient in Excel and data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and will be an analytical and critical thinker with a high level of integrity that can collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders around you. You will have an excellent ability to deliver results that are timely, accurate and quality focused, coupled with excellent communication skills. You will also be committed to promoting responsibly gaming and ensuring the well-being of casino patrons.
