**Job Purpose**:
Join a reputable organization in Brisbane that gives back to the community as a Mid-Level Security Operations Analyst.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with ops teams to implement security tools and systems
- Monitoring, analysis and research security threats/vulnerabilities
- Manage and coordinate security incident responses
- Provide input on design of security automation and use-case
developments
- Recommend enhancements to address ICT Security gaps
- Review and process requests raised to ICT Security
- Assist in maintaining effective security operations throughout the
protect, detect, respond and recover functions
- Develop security standard operating procedures

**Key Skills Required**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- CISSP and/or other Security Certs
- Experience in cyber security threat management
- Experience with Gateways, SIEM, IDS/IPS and EDR
- Experience working within a complex enterprise environment
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stacks, malware and network analysis
- Experience with Mitre and OWASP
