We are seeking Expressions of Interest for an Assistant Director at our upcoming Explorers Spotswood centre. You'll be mentored by our experienced Centre Director, giving you a rare, hands-on pathway to learn the essentials of running a successful childcare centre. Who You Are:

- Diploma-level Early Childhood Education Qualification (minimum required)
- 5+ Years’ Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferably long day care)
- 1+ Year of Management Experience in a childcare setting
- Passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach and inspired to bring it to life in your work
- Experience establishing a new built centre (Preferable)
- Knowledgeable in the EYLF and NQS standards
- Trained in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care
- Possessing a Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting certifications
- Australian Working Rights
