Working as a forklift operator and packer, to assist with the manufacturing, production, and packaging of adhesive products.

Our client is an Australian wide market leader in the manufacturing and production of innovative and advanced premium adhesives, sealants, industrial compounds, coatings, carpet underlay and ancillary products.

They have multiple positions available working in their Villawood warehouse, Monday to Friday on both day (6:30am-3:00pm) and afternoon shifts (3pm-11:30pm) with shorter days on Fridays. Overtime is offered on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

The Role:
As a forklift operator, you will be working to assist with forklift operating and packaging of manufacturing adhesive products within the warehouse, with full training provided. A forklift licence is ideal but not essential. This is an all-rounder position completing various warehouse tasks throughout the day. Other tasks may include:

- Forklift operation experience
- Operating high reach forklift
- Pick packing of orders
- Putting orders into racking
- Manual handling
- General warehouse duties

***Essential Criteria**:

- Valid forklift licence with sufficient operating experience
- Previous warehousing experience
- Picking and packing experience
- Ideal previous knowledge and experience with logistics operations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Have a hardworking, self-motivated attitude
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of manual handling and WHS awareness
- A good level of physical fitness
- Own transport is ideal
- Available Monday to Friday
