**Position**: Support Worker

**Location**: Opportunities available in various settings, including client homes, community venues, and residential centers.

**Employment Type**: Offering both Full-time and Part-time positions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Facilitate client access to community resources, including arranging and accompanying them to appointments and social activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to implement care plans tailored to the client's individual needs.
- Monitor the client's physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any significant changes.
- Encourage and support clients in achieving their personal goals and participating in community events.

**Requirements**:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required).

Willingness to obtain necessary certifications, such as CPR/First Aid.

Experience in a caregiving or supportive role is advantageous but not mandatory.

- First Aid Certification (preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
