We’re excited to welcome a skilled, motivated, and reliable perfectionist to join Zema Lashes and Brows as our very first team member Currently operating from a private, beautifully designed space within Nuovo, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing business from the ground up.

This casual role offers 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for permanent part-time or full-time hours as we grow together. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and is excited to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:
We value professionalism, friendliness, and a passion for delivering exceptional beauty services.
- **A certified Lash Technician** with experience in lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume).
- Expertise in **brow lamination, shaping, and lash lift** is a bonus.
- A high level of personal presentation and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Passion for ongoing learning and a perfectionist approach to detail.
- Availability for at least two late evenings per week.
- Ability to work independently and help maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation in the space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert lash services, including lash lifts and extensions.
- Offer brow shaping, lamination, and facial waxing.
- Engage with social media: Share client transformations, before-and-after photos, and contribute to Instagram content to help represent Zema Lashes and Brows as its next shining face.
- Ensure a welcoming and exceptional client experience.
