We are seeking a passionate and experienced **OSHC Coordinator** to lead our vibrant Out of School Hours Care and Vacation Care programs for a **12-month maternity leave contract** (full-time). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a heart for children’s ministry and proven leadership in OSHC settings.

**Your Role**
You’ll oversee the daily running of the service, leading a dedicated team of educators while delivering programs that are fun, engaging, and aligned with the _My Time, Our Place_ framework. As Co-ordinator, you’ll uphold our commitment to excellence and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of educators with professionalism and encouragement
- Plan and oversee educational programs that support children’s development
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, OSHC regulations and Policies
- Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families and staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an OSHC Co-ordinator or equivalent leadership role* Current Blue Card
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Certificates
- Accredited Child Protection Training
- Hold a Child-related qualification, Diploma in Children’s Services (Out of Hours Care) or an ACECQA Approved Qualification
- Strongunderstanding of the My Time, Our Place framework and NQF standards

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 12-month contract with potential for extension

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
