**Junior IT Support Technician - Immediate Start

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team in Brisbane. If you are degree-qualified, eager to learn, and looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical environment, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy computer workstations for internal and external projects.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of technical inventory, including Audio Visual equipment.
- Provide user account management, system maintenance, and software updates.
- Support on-site installations of computer systems, servers, and AV equipment.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

**Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree qualified in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems, with troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Permanent Australian working rights are essential.
- Availability for an immediate start.Willingness to occasionally work out-of-hours to meet project deadlines.
