**Description**:
Key Accountabilities

The Yardperson plays a key role without our team by maintaining & cleaning the assets of the Branch, loading & unloading equipment and ensuring the yard is clean and tidy.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Load and unload equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment & yard
- Inspect assets upon return from the customer
- Refuel assets and carry out maintenance / minor repairs in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining effective stock control of assets

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience
- Forklift licence (highly regarded)
- EWP licence (highly regarded, not essential)
- Good communication skills
- Current driver's licence and white card (highly regarded)
- Experience in loading and unloading of equipment (highly regarded)
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated with a positive attitude towards workplace safety
