**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of each child
- Provide high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
