**General Manager**

**Job brief**:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to control and oversee daily operations of the organisation across all business activities. You will be the General Manager across all of the business and responsible for the growth and success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company’s strategy in line with the goals of the board.
- Oversee daily operations of the businesses such as the pricing, sales, distribution.
- Creating and implementing growth strategies.
- Oversee and implementation of training plans with periodic reviews with the team.
- Provide day to day direction to help achieve goals and overall performance of the business.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Preparation of reports, budgets and forecasts to present to the board.
- Ensure H&S standards are in place and always looking to improve.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior role
- Relevant experience in developing successful strategies and sales growth
- Thorough knowledge of the market and ability to develop key relationships
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

- Cannington, WA 6107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Managerial: 3 years (required)
